This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Napa Ford(once Magnussin, then Lithia). The other four were all Taurus which I planned on getting, but was convinced this Mercury Sable is the same thing. Very nice car. I know a number of people in this dealership by now and they have consistently been helpful, courteous, and efficient

Kevin Massie - owner is a great guy. He made a huge difference in my overall opinion of this dealership. I visited this location prior to him taking ownership and was not going to return ... Now I will not only continue to purchase from Kevin I will send friends & family with ease.

Fantastic experience. Already recommended Napa Ford to a friend who was unable to obtain the truck he needed through other Ford Dealerships - Napa Ford responded quickly to his needs and he bought his truck from them.

I usually keep our Taurus clean inside and out, but one time after several days of rain, I took the dirty car in for service. They not only serviced the car but washed it as well. This type of service is like being in a fine restaurant and having the waiter give you a tip!!!
