We can't begin to tell you how much your kindness and generosity meant to us yesterday! We were strangers to you, and yet you took so much time to help us and get the job done on our truck. Even if the day was very difficult for us, and we were very disappointed not to get to Yosemite-- your smile, handshake, and greeting from the minute we saw you made us feel welcome, and we knew we were in good hands.

This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Napa Ford(once Magnussin, then Lithia). The other four were all Taurus which I planned on getting, but was convinced this Mercury Sable is the same thing. Very nice car. I know a number of people in this dealership by now and they have consistently been helpful, courteous, and efficient
I was very impressed by the friendly service and professionalizm of everyone at Napa Lincoln Ford. When I drove my beautiful new car off the lot, I felt like part of their family and confident that they would continue to provide a very high level of service.
The technician was very knowledgable in helping find my problem and type of connection. I was very pleased when I picked my car up after repairs and it was washed and clean.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for all the help I received in the Service Department. I had my air conditioner fixed at no cost to me ( It was still under warranty). My antenna was somehow taken while it was being repaired and that was fixed as well. I had a ride home without a wait on all 3 times I dropped my car off and was picked up all 3 times without a wait as well. Everyone was very curtious and friendly. I just wanted to let you know that you have a wonderful Service Department and I want to personally acknowledge Kelle for her help. I think she deserves a raise or something for all her hard work. Thanks for taking the time to read my e-mail.

To the Editor of the Napa Register: I would like to extend Kudos to a great service...That service is our own local Napa Ford dealership. They have been under new leadership for the past few years and I had the privilege of meeting and the honor of doing business with this upstanding individual Kevin Massie and his team.I had been looking for a used vehicle for the past 6 months and visited many of our local used car dealerships which tout "the best deal in town without a doubt" but, I found otherwise... the absolute best deal I could find with the least amount of hassle was at our own local Napa Ford. I spotted a 2007 used car on the lot early Sunday morning and called the dealership to inquire. I was given the details and asked if I would like to drive the vehicle. I agreed to go down and give it a spin. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and felt like the saleman helping me Ben Parkin and theur amazing Financing Mgr. Dennis Spinelli really had my back and were working for me. They wanted to see me drive away in my dream car for the best deal they could make. I know this sounds crazy but they went to bat for me like I was their own sister...not just a lady who walked in off the street. They got to know me...I go to know them, we became family and I walked away with my dream car an 07 Toyota FJ Cruiser with less than 3000 miles on it and all the bells and whistles.. even my own Dad could not believe r=the deal I got... I know it was becaues Napa Ford is about the community and getting to know the people who live here in this small town and providing them with the best service they can. I know I could not have walked away with a better deal elsewhere...I tried! It was the team at Napa Ford that came through for me.
